Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled by phone, in-person, or through our online booking system.

Confirmation: All Appointments require a $30 Deposit, that goes towards your service to Confirm the appointment. You will also receive a confirmation message via your preferred contact method (email, text, or phone call) prior to your scheduled appointment.

Arrival: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and consultation.

Cancellations and Rescheduling: We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes.

Late Cancellations/No-Shows: A fee may be applied for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice. Clients running more than 15 minutes late WITHOUT CONTACT will be considered a "NO CALL/NO SHOW". You will be charged 100% of service. This fee is non-refundable and will not be added to your next appointments.

Repeat Offenses: Excessive late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement for pre-payment for future appointments. Or unfortunate refusal of services by the stylist. 

Rescheduling 

First Reschedule: No fee will be applied for the first instance of rescheduling with proper notice.

Subsequent Reschedules: A rescheduling fee may be applied for subsequent changes to appointments within a designated time frame.

Appreciation for Punctuality: We appreciate your punctuality, as late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to avoid inconveniencing other clients.

Contact Information: It is the client's responsibility to provide accurate contact information for appointment reminders and confirmations.

Emergency Situations: We understand emergencies may occur. Please communicate any unforeseen circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate.
